Who we are

Upcura Health ("we", "us") is operated by Marek Struszczyk, Barcelona, Spain. For any privacy-related question, contact marek@upcura.health.

What data we collect

When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company (optional), the topic of your inquiry, and your message. We do not collect any other personal data, and this website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

We use your contact details solely to respond to your inquiry and, where a business relationship follows, to communicate with you about it. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract, at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries).

Who processes it

Form submissions are transmitted and delivered to us by Formspree, Inc. (USA), acting as our processor. Formspree's own privacy practices are described at formspree.io. This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a technical request to Google servers. We do not sell or share your data with any other party.

How long we keep it

Inquiry data is kept as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting correspondence, and is deleted when no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD). To exercise any of these rights, email marek@upcura.health.
